Avivi is an international development company that specializes in Bitrix24 CRM integration and customization of any type and complexity. Additionally, our team has vast experience in Bitrix CMS implementation (mainly corporate websites and e-commerce solutions).
My function as a CEO is to ensure internal operations are coordinated, and the team composition corresponds to the demands of the market. The cost and quality of the product we deliver are regulated and supervised by me, as well.
What was the idea behind starting this organization?
Over the years, our mission has gone through adjustments in the process, and currently, our primary focus is empowering clients to increase the efficiency of their business. It is achieved by providing customers with various workflow optimization tools and training.
What is your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We have one of the biggest development teams on the Bitrix24 / Bitrix CMS market consisting of 35 exclusively in-house specialists.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
Since our team has extensive experience in this niche, over the years, we’ve managed to accumulate a large number of various custom applications and modules that are available for purchase at hand. Our company has an opportunity to offer a tailored client-oriented experience and, simultaneously, process customer requests swiftly as time is of the essence in the customer’s world.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive?
Our client base consists of customers from 27 countries all over the world. Industries that turn to us for services vary a lot. It can be anything from educational and healthcare institutions, real estate and mortgage brokers, banking organizations, logistics companies, and shipping providers, e-commerce businesses, furniture manufacturers to start-ups and small privately-owned companies or individuals.
Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the time frame of developing software.
Parameters that affect delivery time on our side are handled by project managers, and their work is to ensure software requirements are compiled properly, deadlines are set, and the team is coordinated using the most suitable methodology for any given project.
Customer involvement and communication with stakeholders play an important role in setting up a time frame for implementation as well.
On average, time frames for delivery can deviate between 1 week to 6 months and more based on the project estimate and the amount of time required for resource allocation.
How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of software?
It depends on the platform we’re building a solution for. Bitrix CMS based landing pages and corporate websites can take up from 50 to 100 development hours. E-commerce stores from scratch require more time - up to 500 hours on average. The implementation of custom modules and applications for the Bitrix24 platform usually varies from 30 to 100 development hours. However, in some cases, Bitrix24 projects depend upon third-party services integration and might take even more than 200 development hours to carry out.

We are a certified Gold Partner of Bitrix. Therefore our team is proficient in working with Bitrix CMS and Bitrix24 platform. Primary programming languages that are used are PHP, Javascript, CSS, HTML, and various popular techniques such as AJAX and libraries (jQuery).
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of software?
There are many types of services that we offer for purchase. One of them is license and system updates. Key factors that are considered depends on the client’s requirements and available solutions provided by Bitrix Inc. (versions of software / commercial plans). This process is quite straightforward.
Another service that we offer is custom implementation, which highly depends on the complexity and volume of work requested. The client has to determine features that need to be present in his product, and we provide an estimate of the requirements.
Furthermore, we offer training services as well, and the key factors here that affect the cost are the level of employee proficiency required and the scope of the information requested.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Our company is flexible in this regard. We offer various benefits that can be opted for with each of these payment structures and clients then decide which one is more suitable for their scope of work, type of project, and time frame.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
There are no prerequisites in place for cooperation. The minimum budget can be a few hours of consultations that cost 50 USD.
