Review Summary

Our organization's Nexus IT Group e-learning program is Adobe Captivate 9, and you can check it out here. The benefits of using this software include the ability for users to import and customize materials from their library to fit YouTube video streaming, web surfing, and games; the ability to tailor courses to respond to some devices and monitor sizes automatically; the ability to support clever relative positioning of items and geo-location; and the ability to help a wide range of quizzes and question kinds with extensive grading and branching, based on test results. The software's disadvantages include an insufficient explanation in the user manual concerning upgrades from version 8 and how to use them and an excessive amount of JavaScript code being generated whenever a single slide is published in Captivate 9.
