Afinio

Afinio is an upcoming employee communities platform built for organisations that want to run ERGs and internal communities with more structure, clarity, and measurable impact.

Many employee communities are still managed using fragmented tools such as email, chat apps, and spreadsheets, making it difficult to track participation, maintain continuity, or understand engagement over time. Afinio is being designed to solve this by providing dedicated infrastructure for community-led initiatives.

The platform focuses on supporting ERGs and other employee communities with tools for organising chapters, managing events and attendance, sharing updates and resources, and gaining insight into engagement and participation. Rather than acting as a generic social network, Afinio is purpose-built to support long-term community programmes inside organisations.

Afinio is currently in development and onboarding early design partners who want a clearer way to support employee communities.
