Its user-friendly interface and affordability make it a favorite amongst our team, while its capability to manage bookings and keep track of customer history has streamlined our workflow. Creating personalized invoices for each client has never been easier. However, we've noticed the availability calendar could be more intuitive, and we wish for more customization options. It's simple and easy to use as far as scheduling goes

We Electrician Apprentice HQ have been using Appointy for a little over a year now and are very impressed so far. We also like the Reserve With Google feature, which I think is pretty unique. I guess the only downside is that it is a standalone scheduling app, it doesn't have any other comprehensive features. Also, it doesn't integrate with a ton of other software, but it does sync up with what we're currently using. We also like the flexible pricing. There's a free version and a few paid versions available. We actually started off with the free one and moved up to the basic paid subscription. We may even upgrade further if we feel the need. The customer service at Appointy is tremendous. Whenever we had a question about anything, we literally heard back within minutes about 90% of the time. If you're new to the appointment scheduling realm, this should serve as a huge benefit.

Appointy is very intuitive and helpful in fulfilling customer requests promptly

Our company Mealfan uses the Appointment Reminder Software created by Appointy. That being said, there are some minor complaints from users who might find it hard to navigate the website or find certain features of the app difficult to use due to a lack of technical proficiency. This software helps us to remind our clients of their upcoming appointments so that customers do not miss their bookings and our staff has more time to provide them with excellent service. We have been using this software for six months, and it has become an integral part of our customer experience.

Another pro in using Appointy as your scheduling platform is that it offers multiple customization options, making it convenient to adjust slot availability, receipts, emails, and other things. One con is that its free plan only has limited features and its SMS customization is only for enterprise plans.
