It's simple and easy to use as far as scheduling goes

We Electrician Apprentice HQ have been using Appointy for a little over a year now and are very impressed so far. We also like the Reserve With Google feature, which I think is pretty unique. I guess the only downside is that it is a standalone scheduling app, it doesn't have any other comprehensive features. Also, it doesn't integrate with a ton of other software, but it does sync up with what we're currently using. We also like the flexible pricing. There's a free version and a few paid versions available. We actually started off with the free one and moved up to the basic paid subscription. We may even upgrade further if we feel the need. The customer service at Appointy is tremendous. Whenever we had a question about anything, we literally heard back within minutes about 90% of the time. If you're new to the appointment scheduling realm, this should serve as a huge benefit.

That being said, there are some minor complaints from users who might find it hard to navigate the website or find certain features of the app difficult to use due to a lack of technical proficiency.
