  • It’s a great experience when all calendars are included in a single box. Really light and useful solution with cool design. Easy way to manage my appointments.
  • It's got everything I need in one software for scheduling, and I think I will be using this for years to come. This software really helps me remember everything I need to do and more so if you want to remember everything you have to do then use this software. I also like the reminders it sends to my clients, it has a very professional look.

CalendarHero is a very effective software and managing a sales team calendar.

Recently started using this software and really like this software it is working well for me. I am very particular about my planners and I have never been able to keep using digital and always go back to my paper planner, but I love this one. It took me a few days to completely understand how to use it but now I don’t ever want to not have it. it's very resourceful, and easy to navigate, and the features are amazing.

It's got everything I need in one software for scheduling, and I think I will be using this for years to come. This software really helps me remember everything I need to do and more so if you want to remember everything you have to do then use this software. I also like the reminders it sends to my clients, it has a very professional look.

CalendarHero It’s pretty cool, very well organized and good software but it’s missing some functionality.

This software is the most useful tool for scheduling an appointment and it performed just as I was expecting, very helpful for managing my own time effectively and precisely with all logs of my event, and meetings. The best part about it is the UI. It really looks good. You can share your link with your clients to set up a meeting. I don’t know where I would be without a simple way to just manage my life. It does lack some features though like you can't set reminders for events. But as someone who manages 4 different calendars, this is definitely what I needed.

It is a very simple Appointment Scheduling software for scheduling meetings

We Culture.org use CalendarHero. CalendarHero is a very simple Appointment Scheduling software that can be used for internal and external meeting schedules for the company. We have been using this software daily for over a year already. We switched to this software during the pandemic, and we have enjoyed it ever since. We love that we don't have to switch to different calendars when scheduling meetings with members of the company versus when scheduling meetings for external clients. CalendarHero also shows our schedule in real-time, hence, setting the time for meetings is a lot easier. We also love that it syncs with unlimited calendars and send reminders automatically for upcoming meetings. The only disadvantage is that each team member costs about $12 per month. Hence, the monthly fee is quite high.
