The automation engine, combined with alert routing and escalation, helped our team reduce manual work and response times. Its Microsoft Teams integration ensures seamless communication and we are able to Acknowledge, Resolve Incidents and Run Automation Workflow directly from Microsoft Teams. The mobile app keeps me in control even on the move. The support team is very responsive and quick to assist.
