Our business has recently turned 10 years old, and most of our customers have joined us from our friendly relations and excellent customer experience. We are expanding our outreach now via various marketing channels as well as review platforms. We have our product listed on GoodFirms, however, we have not been able to utilize the full potential of this platform yet.
Please introduce your product and give a brief about your role within the organization.
The primary product that we offer is AI CRM which is RevOps-enabling, AI-driven automated customer relationship management software that integrates sales, marketing, and customer service operations under one single roof. The solution not only automates mundane tasks performed by sales, marketing, customer support, and customer success teams but also uses AI capabilities to nudge each team member and business unit to deliver curated, effective revenue-optimized processes throughout the relationship with each customer.
The single system can help businesses manage pre-sale and post-sale operations efficiently starting from lead generation, to lead nurture to customer retention through inbuilt Ticketing and Success Box, ultimately it results in creating a Revenue Operations ecosystem in the organization where every team is accountable towards the single goal of Revenue Generation. It helps in better synchronization among teams, faster/more efficient processes, and significant cost savings because of using a single unified platform.
My primary role is to align the teams toward the organization’s vision. I work towards Strategy and Growth at Corefactors.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
The objective behind AI CRM was to help businesses be fast, efficient, productive, and most importantly customer-centric in a cost-effective way by enabling RevOps with the help of technology.
With the growth of the internet, consumers' expectations have also shifted, which created the need for businesses to have an increased level of collaboration and alignment inter departments. Thus, as the existing barriers between the departments are breaking down, there is an increased need for data, technology, and process overlap. Furthermore, the increased number of touchpoints a potential customer has with a company means it has become increasingly complex to craft, manage and have control over the experience and journey the customers go through when interacting with the company. And hence we came up with this software to help businesses reduce revenue leakages happening due to the above-mentioned reasons and deliver enhanced customer experience across the lifecycle at scale with ease.

More than 90% of customers rate us around 4.5-4.8 out of 5. At Corefactors, we have a dedicated Customer Support and Success team. Our software AI CRM helps us gauge CSAT scores automatically with each interaction. Additionally, we do telephonic surveys and conduct in-person meet with the customers every quarterly to understand their changing needs and requirements. Also, the motto of the organization is that we exist and that whatever we do is because of our customers.

Yes, most of the customers are repetitive. Approximately 70% of our customers are repeated customers.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
As our product is a B2B SaaS product, and it is ever-evolving with the need of our customers. We keep our users and followers updated with weekly product tips, monthly product release newsletters, conducting demo webinars, in-app notifications for product/feature updates, and even on our social media pages. This helps us reach our users' on omnichannel platforms so that they are always updated with our product’s updates for the best user experience.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Our customers can easily reach us through our software with one click or can call us or email us, whatever channel is convenient for them at any time. The software automatically creates a ticket and assigns it to the right person based on the customer's past interaction history with a defined TAT to resolve the issue and auto-notify both the customer as well as the agent about the same. As the agent works on the ticket, the customers have kept auto-updated about the status. Additionally, the customer can track the status of queries in real-time as well.

As the technology world is evolving so fast - can’t predict what would be new in terms of our features. However, I can assure you, we would be able to decode every business use case and resolve every possible business problem (even of that era) with help of this one single platform. We might look slow if you look at us with respect to growth, yet our roots are strong and we are preparing our solutions for fast-growing companies.

It is easy to customize and make your own. Also, it is useful for tracking my team's performance. I love all features. It is easy to use and able to monitor my complete sales team. Overall, it is a nice CRM for small and medium companies.
