What truly piqued my interest is their business intelligence tool available right in our Slack workspace. It’s got deep knowledge of our company and our operating procedures. As I travel a lot, I personally use it to brainstorm business ideas on the go right from my phone.

Like with any IT product, there is always room for improvement, however, the current functionality goes beyond our needs. And any potential enhancements the guys from CoSupport will make in the future would simply be the icing on the cake.
