One of the best Customer Relationship Management Software I have used till date and it’s very rich with the features and functions, like Lead management, sales pipelines and Customer acquisitions. Moreover the User Interface of the software is very much cutting edge and user-friendly in many ways. The reports of the sales and leads can be customised according to the needs of the organisation as well. The tool has full automations for some of the functions so you could fill in the dynamic details and the rest will be done while you’re at a team meeting or anywhere else.

What do you like the most about DigitalCRM?

The best of the software is the Dashboard of the CRM. Which includes the sales funnels and many more functions.

Integration with the website is pretty good. As it sends the leads directly from the site to the Dashboard.

Graphical representation of the leads, sales, forecasting etc. is very helpful at the time of presentations and more similar situations.

What do you like the least about DigitalCRM?

The cost of the tool is a bit higher than other tools available in the market. Rather than that the software is very good.
