Drip

At PureVPN, My team and I use "Drip". Reason being it makes personalization very easy through a variety of automation tools. We can even integrate wordpress with the software through which we can capture more leads by easily adding sign-up forms etc. The pros, or what sets Drip apart from other softwares is the perfect mix of its features that enable us to reach our target market and connect to each customer on a personal level using smart marketing automation. Email segmenting, visual workflow and list groups to name a few. Just like any other automation software, like Google Analytics, setting up triggers can be very tricky which can cause you to make some blunders. Though, there are free courses available on how to set up automation, if you are looking to reach out to a customer representative for a solution (like I did when I initially started using the service), you can not expect a very quick response.  They responded to me after 3 days...
