Elivio

Elivio is a workspace for college and study-abroad counselling practices and independent consultants. It carries a student from the first conversation to finished, evidenced work.

Counsellors publish an AI video avatar, with their own face or a ready-made one, that interviews new students over a private link and writes their answers into a structured profile as they speak. Its guardrails are fixed in code: it identifies as an AI, never promises admission or scholarships, never comments on chances, and directs a student in distress to human help.

Counsellors review every transcript and approve AI-suggested activities. Each approved activity becomes a week-by-week plan in the student's voice copilot, which sees their shared screen and reads their documents, GitHub, Figma and Google Docs, and checks each task before it counts as done. Finished work collects on a publishable proof-of-work page, and a progress report updates after every session.
