Very clear design, lots of functions. This software can do everything I missed with other online appointment tools. Taking the travel times between appointments into account is just one of them.

Excellent customer service Huge range of functions Easy to use (easy to use even without a computer science degree) Top customer service API available for in-house developments and implementation in your own systems

Loading times are relatively high Some menu items are not based on user rights, which leads to sometimes confusing error messages Reporting options are rather rudimentary

Probably the best tool for making appointments online. The support and the ability to innovate. We have submitted various suggestions, almost all of which are implemented very, very quickly (sometimes within 48 hours). Since then, we have been recommending this appointment booking tool to our customers and have already introduced very exciting configuration settings.

I really like this software because it's great at handling billing and invoicing, which helps me keep track of my business finances It also has handy features for managing appointments and setting up schedules automatically.

What do you like the least about eTermin?

Actually nothing. If you exhaust the range of functions in one project or another, it becomes complex and you need the ability to hold it together. But for the single-user user it is very easy to use after some training.
