If you are a QB user and you have inventory, order, or purchase management, this is what you need. The software is easy to use and easy to deploy. Great extension for QB users. It can also connect Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Shipping management such as Shiprush, etc. The reports provided are too basic, no help documentation to create your own reports. If you need detailed or custom reports you have to purchase them apart. It can become expensive to add extra users or have custom add-ons to the product. In Inventory, you have 2 types of materials: Part and Product. This is somehow confusing for new employees.
