Great Webinar making service

We've been using GoToWebinar for many years. We love that we could schedule multiple webinars ahead. We also love that an email reminder goes out to all the people who have registered with a link to the webinar an hour before we start.

Powerful tool for presenting webinars

I've been a GoToWebinar user for more than 10 years now, and have used it for hundreds of presentations. It offers all of the features I've ever needed (and many more) and is mostly easy to use and resilient. The quality of the video and audio connections is consistently high, and it's rare to experience any technical problems. On those occasions when I've needed technical support, it's always been available and resulted in a solution to whatever problem I was having. There is some learning curve involved in using the program for its basic features, and ease of use isn't always great. But overall, this program has served my needs well, and I intend to keep using it for the foreseeable future.
