Helpeen is customer support for teams of two or three people answering the users of their product. You get a conversation inbox, a help center with articles, FAQs and video tutorials, and one line of HTML (or a simple API) to put it all on your site. An AI agent learns from your docs and your team's replies, drafts answers and hands over what it isn't sure about. No per-seat pricing, no annual contracts. Free plan forever; paid plans from €9 a month.
