It is a software, with which you can find and analyze Influencers for your company’s campaigns. There are 20 million Influencers on our database (the largest database in the industry) and with our tool, you are able to source them. You can either analyze Influencers that you are already working with or that you want to work with or find new Influencers for your campaigns. We are in constant contact with our customers via our Customer Success Department. We are gathering feedback via mail, phone, and chat and trying to serve the customers’ wishes. All ideas, wishes, and suggestions are stored and pushed to our IT department to implement them. We also send out questionnaires from time to time in order to ask for feedback. We are also listed on various platforms like GoodFirms in order to gain valuable feedback. Additionally, we are actively contacting our customers via Phone or Mail and asking about their status, satisfaction, and improvement suggestions.
Most of our customers renew, but we do not have any precise figures.
We have an intense 1:1 onboarding call, where all features, tools, and options are shown in detail. Besides this, we have a FAQ section on our website, where the most important questions regarding our tool are answered. Additionally, we are currently working on an onboarding document (a PDF with lots of videos) that will also be sent to any new customer. Also if there is any question that was not solved in the onboarding call or not found on the FAQs, we can be reached via Chat, Mail, or Phone and respond within 10 minutes (depending on when we are contacted, it can take up to a maximum of 24 hours).
