We just set up our profile, so it’s a little too early to share some results, but we hope to gain visibility among potential customers and generate leads.

Please introduce your product and give a brief about your role within the organization.

influData is the official product of WeCreate Data GmbH.

It is a software, with which you can find and analyze Influencers for your company’s campaigns. There are 20 million Influencers on our database (the largest database in the industry) and with our tool, you are able to source them. You can either analyze Influencers that you are already working with or that you want to work with or find new Influencers for your campaigns. Search and analysis of the Influencers happen on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube / YouTube Shorts (our three platforms).

The influData Cloud enables search and rudimentary analysis on one platform. The Pro package offers additional functionalities, including analysis of the audience of the Influencer (which is very important). influData All-In offers all three platforms and more functionalities.

For each customer, an individual offer is created and negotiated with our Sales Team. Our Sales team members are onboarding new prospects and are in constant contact with them until they sign with us.

What was the objective behind coming up with this software?

Help companies in sourcing and analyzing influencers for their campaigns (save time and take better decisions), as well as prevent brands from falling for fakes.

How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?

It has the largest pool of influencers (20 million globally), operates worldwide, saves time for the customers, delivers best-in-market results, and is also one of the cheapest options in the industry.

What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?

We are not focussing on specific industries. Our target customers are companies of all sizes and agencies, but also any kind of company that wants to do influencer-marketing in-house.

What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?

What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

We have a good satisfaction rate among our customers (9 out of 10). 

We are in constant contact with our customers via our Customer Success Department. We are gathering feedback via mail, phone, and chat and trying to serve the customers’ wishes. All ideas, wishes, and suggestions are stored and pushed to our IT department to implement them. We also send out questionnaires from time to time in order to ask for feedback. We are also listed on various platforms like GoodFirms in order to gain valuable feedback. Additionally, we are actively contacting our customers via Phone or Mail and asking about their status, satisfaction, and improvement suggestions.

Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?

Most of our customers renew, but we do not have any precise figures.

Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?

We have an intense 1:1 onboarding call, where all features, tools, and options are shown in detail. Besides this, we have a FAQ section on our website, where the most important questions regarding our tool are answered. Additionally, we are currently working on an onboarding document (a PDF with lots of videos) that will also be sent to any new customer. Also if there is any question that was not solved in the onboarding call or not found on the FAQs, we can be reached via Chat, Mail, or Phone and respond within 10 minutes (depending on when we are contacted, it can take up to a maximum of 24 hours).

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

Live-Chat (with people, not robots), E-Mail, Telephone, and Contact form, as well as a FAQ-Section on the website. Our Sales Department and Customer Success Department are there to please our customers, as we believe that they are our most important asset.

What has been the revenue for your product for 2022?

Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?

Grown and expanded around the world, with more employees and a tool that is used worldwide. However, as this is a very fast-moving industry, details are difficult to predict.
