  • The interface is wonderful and easy to use and it has many advantages. Easy to use and the perfect software for what I need for my business. It has all the features and it is very functional that gives a great experience overall.
  • I can easily manage availability for my tuition team and resources separately. This is super helpful because some clients bring their own equipment, and others use ours. Jezzam is user-friendly for both me and my clients. They especially like the FIND NEXT appointment function, saving them the hassle of searching. The monthly cost is low compared to other systems I've tried.
  • With Jezzam, my members can easily book time to play on the green. They can check when it's available, saving them a trip to the club. It helps fulfill my responsibility for tracking and tracing. When there were changes to government rules, I had to adjust the number of bookable jacks, and Jezzam made this process easy. If I ever had a problem or needed assistance, the Jezzam team quickly contacted me, and together we figured out what I needed.

Compared to the previous booking system I tried, which was Shore, Jezzam was a clear winner. It's easy to use, and the help and support were always available. The cost is reasonable, and they went the extra mile to meet the specific needs of my business during setup.I needed a booking system that could automatically combine and reserve multiple resources under a single booking to avoid overbooking, and Jezzam's "combined resources" feature works really well for me. From the very first day I reached out to Jezzam, they were responsive and answered my questions quickly. It just felt right. On the other hand, Shore's support was slow, sometimes taking days to get a response so i decided to switch to Jezzam
