JobArch manages the entire recruiting process, from job posting to hiring. JobArch's primary features is ATS that ranks candidates according to their compatibility with the search, even when the resume and the job offer are written in a different language. It's based on an AI, which enables to read professional experiences contained in resumes and compare them with the skills required in job ads. It removes the pre-screening phase.

Please introduce your product and give a brief about your role within the organization.
JobArch is a recruiting software that allows SMEs companies to speed up recruitment, reduce the time-to-hire and save money. I am Gabriele Molteni, the CEO of Arca24, an “HR Tech Factory” that develops cloud software for the HR industry.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
JobArch is Arca24's product developed by a team of experts in the HR sector joined by a common goal: to improve talent acquisition for SMEs.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
SMEs have a low number of job ads per year. It’s difficult for them to create their own resume database with a huge number of candidates or to pay additional services to improve the visibility of their website and thus of their job ads. This is even more relevant for staffing agencies.
JobArch offers a Resume bank: what’s that? In addition to the resumes of candidates who applied directly to the job vacancies of the company, it is possible to access the resume bank to search for additional candidates and unlock their resumes and contact details. The resume bank is always consultable: within it the company can search for profiles by job title and location, and download those of interest, saving them among its candidates.
JobArch also has an integrated multiposting system that allows recruiters to post a job ad simultaneously on over 150 job boards and collect all incoming applications directly within the management system.

JobArch is ideal for any type of industry and geographic area. The recruiting software is available in 6 languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.
What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?
- The Applicant Tracking System (ATS) of JobArch is based on Artificial Intelligence that makes, in a few seconds, an automatic pre-screening of candidates using a specific semantic engine for the HR world, which allows matching between job ads and CVs, even if they are written in different languages. The matching runs with both active and passive candidates (both those who applied directly to the job and those already in the resume bank).
- The system allows building a branded and custom career page
- JobArch offers several assessment tools such as custom questionnaires with multiple-choice answers (limit think time, custom link, question score, deadline, etc.), psycho-aptitude test, video resume, star rating, and textual evaluation of candidates. It’s also possible to integrate with soft skills tests, hard skills tests, and an on-demand video interview.
- For staffing agencies, the CRM solution helps the company to manage the relationship with the clients (customers' data, offices, contacts, activities, etc.).

We can say that our customers have been satisfied with our innovation. Why? Because our customer retention rate is constantly above 90% over the years. This indicates that our innovation, products, and the quality of our service please our existing customers.

JobArch user experience is very simple and intuitive. Users are able to find the main information and section in a few clicks.

What has been the revenue for your product for 2021?
We launched JobArch in July 2022, which has started to collect extra-European customers, particularly in the USA.
Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
The world of work is changing. The big challenge facing the HR department is to become a driver of change within organizations.
The HR managers of the future must be able to tell this culture of change and especially to live it on themselves, with recruiting software such as JobArch that speeds up the search and selection process and allows HR managers to invest more time on people and Employee Retention activities.
Digitization is not static, it is an ongoing process because technologies keep changing.
That is why we constantly working on JobArch, and in the future, there is certainly to enhance the artificial intelligence of our ATS. In particular, we are building an NLP (Natural Language Processes) system by improving and adding various NLP (Natural Language Processing) models.
