Kalyvox is an AI-powered phone receptionist for small and midsize businesses. It answers inbound calls 24/7 in natural language, identifies the caller’s intent, collects contact details and other structured information, and creates a call ticket with a summary and transcript. Businesses can configure call scenarios, opening hours, greetings, escalation rules, and the assistant’s voice and tone. Kalyvox can transfer urgent calls to a person and send notifications by email, SMS, Slack, or webhook.
