I've been using Keka HR for over three years, and it consistently delivers what I need. The attendance tracking and leave application system work smoothly, payroll processing is straightforward, and the annual performance review process is refreshingly simple—it handles everything without unnecessary complexity.

What do you like the least about Keka HR ?

The main issue I've encountered is that the web version logs me out automatically, which can be disruptive during my workday.

Keka has a simple user interface which makes it easy to use both for the employee and the employer

We SocialPilot use cloud-based attendance tracking software called Keka. The documents stay in one place, and the visual dashboard for managing leave is also good. A small yet unique point is that it mentions your colleague's birthdays and work anniversaries. The software encounters an occasional downtime, but it's pretty rare. We have been using the software for more than 2 years now on a daily basis.
