Please introduce your product and give a brief about your role within the organization.
Kennected’s flagship product is Cloud Kennect, which is a LinkedIn outreach and prospecting platform. We allow our users to fine-tune their outreach and contact prospects based on smart targeting within LinkedIn search. We essentially do what email marketing software did for email marketing back in the day, creating scale and efficiency. We create drip follow-up campaigns with smart response detection AI. 
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
Myself and 4 other founders were running a marketing agency. We saw that most of our leads were coming from LinkedIn. We saw a huge opening in the marketplace for a better-run software solution, that had amazing customer support as well as training on how to leverage automation and still build relationships with people. 
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
The thing that makes Cloud Kennect different is our approach to Social Selling and providing value to the recipient of these outreach requests and connection requests. We have a phone number that people can call and speak to a live person. We are a real company that has been on the Inc. 5,000 list for two years running 2021 and 2022.
What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?
We have customers in all niches. Any organization that relies on sales or capital raises can use our software. By and large a lot of our customers are enterprise sales teams, insurance companies, financial institutions, business coaches and consultants and everyone else in between.
What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?
Key features would be that our Cloud Kennect is the safest LinkedIn automation solution in the marketplace. Coupled with the fact that we have actual customer support, we are the best in class in the LinkedIn outreach space. 
What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Our NPS score is 89. Industry average is 22 in this space. We train our support staff weekly to make sure that we are responding to customer’s questions and concerns as they come in. Most contact requests are handled within an hour, depending on the time of day it comes in.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
95% of our customers stay with us. We have a very low churn rate. 
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
Yes, we have a group onboarding webinar that teaches our customers how to properly leverage our technology. We also offer a custom onboarding process that includes 1-1 support, custom script writing, profile optimization, and more. 
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Kennected offers a couple of support systems:
-    Customers can email support at [email protected] to get answers to questions
-    The website’s live chat function 
-    We have a knowledge base for customers that want to do research independently
-    Customers can create a ticket for support via a ticket submission
What has been the revenue for your product for 2021?
Kennected achieved $6,000,000 in revenue last year.
Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
Building relationships is the foundation of Kennected, so thinking 10 years down the road, we hope to pursue lasting connections with business leaders that can help market our product.

Automation tools may no longer be life-changing, but we’ll have discovered additional uses for lead generation tools by then. We always ensure our products are user-friendly and support systems are readily available, so that will remain a reality 10 years from now.
