Luigi's Box has exceeded our expectations in every aspect. It has become an indispensable tool for our e-commerce business, driving growth and efficiency. In our previous e-shop solution, we had a very low level of search, practically customers could not find what they needed. We were looking for a tool that would help us with relevant searches and at the same time allow us to customize some of the more advanced functionalities exactly according to our current needs. Luigi's Box helps us to discover how the customer thinks, how he navigates our e-shop and what we can try to do to get him to buy. We lacked the evaluation of these activities before this and I don't know how we could have functioned without it.

After a few tries of optimizing the onsite search at our website, we gave it a shot with luigis box and implement it as a main tool for internal search at our website. It helped us to solve all the problems with the search. The SW works in default setting very nicely. And the possibility to customize is very good to solve any issues that might occured.

Overall, all is awesome, individual approach, customer support, analytics, warehouse optimization, suggestions, missed opportunities and support are very good, therefore I can only recommend. It might a bit more expensive for a small companies though.

My overall experience is very positive. In comparison to our previous vendor this solution is much more automated without the need for a lot of human support. It has all features enabled by default without the need to upgrade/ pay extra. The UI is easy to use, even for some non-technical colleagues.

It provides our customers with relevant results when searching for products even when entering synonyms. It brought an increase in conversions and turnover to our company.

Luigi's box adds great value to search box on eshop. It can be customised to last bit and by using fixit rules we can show results for each query as we wish. So we can show blog posts when someone is looking for a product, we can redirect search results of lets say brand name to a brand subsite... It is really good at this. It as well give us good insights to what is happening in search, which helps a lot in understandind our clients.

I had an overall positive experience with this product. It performs well and meets my expectations. The features are useful, and the quality is reliable. While there is a bit of a learning curve with some of the advanced options, the benefits outweigh this minor challenge. The customer support team is helpful and responsive, making the process smoother. I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this product to others.

A simple and very important application for the growth of e-shops. Significantly improved search with Autocomplete. Setting synonyms for different product names = 1 same product. Thanks to the implementation of Luigi's Box, we understand more about customer behaviour. Liugi´s Box team is always willing to help.

The search absolutely did not work for us. We have thousands of products and we needed to add relevant products to the carousells for all of them. Luigi's Box solved our search and recommended products - carousells. Our products is really diverse. Everything cannot be done automatically and manual intervention is required. This will be resolved by technical support within 4 hours. Customized solutions for each customer. Small and large companies. I recommend Luigi's Box in search results. In the results, you can set what should actually be displayed for the orders (parameters, attributes, tags...). It's nice because they work based on feeds or API connections. All you have to do is put the script on the website and the sale can start :) I watched and Luigi started connecting his project with box solutions, for example Shoptet. It's interesting how fast e grows. I look forward to seeing if he plans to involve AI.
