Luigis Box – helping customers find, and analysts refine
Luigis Box is truly an excellent part of our purchasing process. Many customers use it, and we really appreciate its accuracy. It has also become part of our marketing activities, which we offer to our suppliers. Although we’ve only started focusing more on the analytics in recent years, many departments now use the search data to improve their outputs for the customer.
Our mistake was developing our own autocomplete solution at the beginning instead of using the one provided by Luigis Box. As a result, we’re currently unable to take full advantage of all its features. I highly recommend considering this carefully from the start.

What do you like the most about Luigis Box?
The biggest advantage of Luigis Box is its level of personalization. It allows us to adjust results, resolve inconsistencies, and fix errors ourselves directly within their application. I also appreciate their analytics – even though there’s still room for improvement, we use it very frequently. And lastly, one of the major benefits is their technical support. We’re very satisfied with the communication; the Luigis Box team is always helpful and responsive.
What do you like the least about Luigis Box?
While the analytics are helpful, storing data for just three months limits long-term analysis. Year-over-year access would add significant value.
