Please introduce your product and give a brief about your role within the organization.
MyOwnConference is a complete video conferencing and webinar solution. It does really well, leading the market with an uptime of 99.98%, and it hosts up to 10,000 attendees in many meetings at once. I'm the founder and CEO of the company.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
I wanted to create a solution. Something that would facilitate meetings and help thousands of people communicate in a simple, convenient, and inexpensive way. That's our major goal, simplicity, and intuition.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
We can boast that we are practically the only ones who offer an unlimited free account. And it is truly unlimited.

Another thing I'll say that we offer is that we treat all our customers like they're our only customers, no matter what tariff plan our client uses.

What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?
Our software introduces a whole new world. When people think of videoconferencing these days, it's usually in this model where everyone talks to everyone simultaneously. But our software focuses on a lecture format of broadcasts where 1-3 speakers speak at the same time. We want to specifically work with the audience, so with this lecture format, webinar listeners listen not only to the presenter but will be able to also make the most of the practical tasks.

This lecture format will also mean that the speaker can use different tools to conduct an interactive webinar or online lesson. They can use screen sharing; they can draw or open up voting, distribute questionnaires and materials, and do many other things. We have pushed the boundaries with this product.

Another feature that gets me excited is that this software is a very easy-to-use product that works right in the browser. No installation and other settings are needed. It just works.
What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
On rating platforms, we've had great ratings. But getting ratings is not our primary goal. Our major goal is to meet our users' needs. Of course, good ratings are always welcome, but our users come first. We prefer to let our users decide on their own whether they like us or not.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
Approximately 80% of our users are repeat customers. Most of them have been with us from 2014-2015. And they're still our clients today. In my time running this company, I've found that if people like you, they stay with you. Many of our users have stayed with us for several years. We are delighted that they trust us.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
We try our best to make things easy for our users, and so we provide our customers with all necessary instructions: text user guides, video tutorials, the whole deal. Most importantly, we have built super-effective tech support. So our users always have the help they need.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
As I've said many times in this interview, our users are the most important to this company. Our support especially benefits people that are new to online learning or webinars. We can answer any question you have via chat, phone, or email.

What has been the revenue for your product for 2020?
Our revenue is 650'000 euro.
Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
That's a huge question, isn't it? In 10 years, we see ourselves on the pages of Forbes magazine, IPO... Why not? But we're focused on the now. The most important thing for us now is to continue to help people feel comfortable in the world of online meetings, to give our support, and improve confidence.
