We AIScreen are using this software for two years on a daily basis. We use it for HR and sales purposes to achieve our revenue targets in our company. Odoo software has become a critical part of my company now. Its apps have integrated into almost every part of my business. We use a bunch of its apps in our business, from sales to human resources, it helps us to be efficient in all our tasks. Odoo CRM and Odoo Sales are two main apps that we use extensively in our company. Both are seamlessly integrated and packed with all the features that I and my team need. Odoo CRM in my opinion, is the best CRM tool because it helps us manage and nurture all the customers with its amazing features like intelligent tips and lead scoring. It becomes even better when we integrate it with Odoo sales, it takes our efficiency to another level.

What do you like the most about Odoo CRM?

Its big advantage is being open source. Being open source gives you so many opportunities to customize it. It can help you maintain the privacy of the most critical data of your organization. Second, it provides a one-stop solution for all business needs. Due to this reason, you don’t have to juggle different apps for your business functions. You can simply automate lots of your business processes and focus on important things in your business.

What do you like the least about Odoo CRM?

There are two things that I personally feel have a scope for improvement. The software has a bit of a learning curve which takes up time for training of the employees. That’s actually a time-consuming thing for our business. Another thing is the user interface. Sometimes we have difficulty navigating through the interface. It could be better than this. If Odoo improves in these areas, it would be truly beneficial for its existing users.
