Please introduce your product and give a brief about your role within the organization.
Onne is a B2B2C SaaS productivity suite for SMBs. Small businesses who have been on chat applications to connect and do business with a customer base, can now enhance their digital capabilities using the simple to use and lightweight purpose-built business app. I am the CEO of the company and also the Product Manager for Onne.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
Our objective is to democratize the digitization of the next billion users. Onne intends to bridge the gap that exists for SMBs at the bottom of the pyramid, where they do not have access to purpose-built digital tools that they can afford and use easily.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
The Target Group of Onne is most often reliant on Chat Applications and Social Media to communicate, engage with and serve their customers. This is quite inefficient and affects their bottom line. Onne allows them to access digital tools that will enhance their productivity and also communicate with their customers, all from one place.
What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?
Onne is applicable or useful to any vertical that typically has a finite set of customer bases. Like schools, prayer groups, NGOs, local businesses catering to a finite group of customers, etc. Since the product is sector agnostic in its most basic form, the use cases are evolving in the timeline.
What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?
Onne replaces multiple SaaS products to provide a wide range of functionalities needed by small businesses, in one place. Communication, Billing, Chat, Attendance Marking, Report making, Live meetings, etc are just a few features available. The USP is that the business can choose what features they need and customize their app according to their needs.
What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
The current rating on Google Play Store for Onne is 4.7 from over 240 reviews. We believe that this is remarkable considering the complexity of the product, but not surprised that we have achieved it because we are forever listening closely to the market and the ground. We do not ignore any feedback and are always given due consideration and action.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
A substantial portion of our customers is repeat customers on monthly subscriptions.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
Yes, we provide an extensive suite of support material that includes videos, descriptive articles, and FAQs.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Apart from the support material provided, we provide one-to-one support via email, chat, and phone calls.
Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
We see our product being the productivity tool of choice for small businesses and organizations who cannot afford expensive ERP/CRM/SCM software and are not tech-savvy enough to operate them. Onne will give them the placement in the digital space and the enhancement for their productivity, improving their bottom line.
