A worthy choice for managing a small company
As a small business owner, I constantly need prompt communication with clients. After a long search, I settled on Perfectum CRM, and overall I don’t regret it. All information is now collected in one place - contacts, tasks, and projects. It’s especially convenient to manage all this through a mobile application.

What do you like the most about Perfectum CRM?
What really helps in my work is the ability to control the work of employees through tasks. The reminder system works great, I don’t miss anything important. And the fact that many routine processes have been automated has really freed up time for business development.
What do you like the least about Perfectum CRM?
But there are some shortcomings. Periodically, I encounter the fact that the data is not synchronized between the phone and the computer, I have to restart the application. The interface could also be made more flexible - there is not enough ability to customize it for yourself. But if you close your eyes to these little things, the system is quite functional and copes with its tasks.
