I personally love Planado because it can track where our employees are in real time which is useful for safety and customer satisfaction. I would recommend Planado as it's user-friendly, compatible with mobile phones, and customizable. Not only that, but I also enjoy automatic reports that make it easy to understand the quality of the employee's performance and report to our head.

An excellent and affordable software solution for managing field employees

We have a local kitchen and were searching for an all-in-one app to manage our delivery services. We have increased our staff recently and this resulted in a logistics mess. So we needed a solution to be able to quickly build routes, assign jobs and monitor delivery. After having used Planado for 8 months, I can say, it’s absolutely worth the money. The performance of our couriers has improved, and it’s now much easier for us to oversee the delivery and communicate with them.

With Planado, we can deliver medication safely and in compliance with the law

We found everything we needed in Planado. Our industry requires us to meet certain regulations, such as available prescriptions from patients, the temperature necessary to deliver drugs safely and so on. Planado helped us to make sure we provide our services in compliance with the law. Now, deliverymen send us photo reports with a prescription and make sure that the temperature in the vehicle is set according to the required level

Planado helped to automate field operations for our HVAC services provider business

Our team found Planado particularly useful for automating HVAC field operations. It helps us optimize scheduling and routing thanks to a built-in map and GPS-navigation. We’ve noticed that the time spent on traveling notably dropped because we try to allocate the closest locations possible in the area for every technician. We also can check a worker’s current workload anytime and change their schedule on the go if necessary. Field workers benefited from the app as well. Planado became a savior in our hectic delivery system, now everything is under control!

I'm a call-center agent in an online marketplace that connects shops and end customers. We sell basically everything. The more stores and businesses we got, the harder it became for us to control delivery guys. We started getting more unsatisfied reviews that were primarily related to delivery terms. For example, due to high number of orders, our workers could confuse orders and deliver them to wrong addresses. With Planado, every process became clear.
