Review Summary

One thing that I would like to say is that even for a technological layman like me, it takes little to no knowledge about softwares or coding to set it up. With the help of it’s built-in survey templates, I have had no problems in implementing it in my firm. Secondly, I would say that it is quite suitable for a medium-sized enterprise and when dealing with a bulk of customers for collecting feedback, Qualaroo makes the overall collection and analysis process very simple. Though one thing that troubles me is the price of the software. Even though I own a medium-sized enterprise, I think paying almost $2,000/year for a feature packed plan is quite expensive.

Review Summary

Even though Qualaroo identifies itself as a customer survey tool, I have found it to be a lot more diverse than that. I have an ecommerce business that I run online, and through Qualaroo, I have been able to boost up my conversion rates using one of their features called NudgesTM. In conclusion, it doesn’t just collect feedback, it also makes good use of it.

The AI-based sentiment analysis feature of Qualaroo - IBM Watson is by far one of the best features that have helped us mine through the feedback, quickly showing the negative intent feedback so we can prioritize them, eliminating manual hunting. The word cloud then helps to find out the keywords and phrases respondents are using to uncover common problems and friction points.

It is really useful in designing surveys for all the devices, be it mobile, website, or link-based surveys. We use targeting options to show surveys to appropriate visitor segments and question branching to maximize insights. Plus, it also offers branding and design options to blend the surveys with our website as part of the native design without making it look like a 3rd party integration.
