Respona is an all-in-one link building outreach software helping businesses increase their organic traffic from Google.

 

It includes everything you need to prepare and launch outreach campaigns and covers prospecting with its search engine and backlink search options, contact information finder, automated email sequences, and AI-driven personalization.

 

As one of the founding members of Respona, my job is to align our product roadmap with our customer needs, while spreading the word about our brand within our target market.

What was the objective behind coming up with this software?

Initially, we built Respona to increase the efficiency of in-house link building of our sister company, Visme, which has since scaled up to over 3M monthly traffic.

 

Other tools on the market can be too convoluted, expensive, or just plain difficult to use at scale.

 

There are several use cases for Respona, and while the main use case remains link building, we have also used it for cold email sales, PR, and even booking podcast appearances.

 

To sum it up, the objective is to create a centralized email outreach tools that covers all bases: from prospecting to finding contacts, personalization, and, of course, analytics.

We run a feedback survey after the first week of trying Respona, and we can them “How would you feel if you could no longer use Respona?”

 

Almost 47.8% responded they’d be “Very disappointed” and close to 40% shared that they would be somewhat disappointed. 

 

Also in response to “How likely is it that you would recommend Respona to a friend or colleague?” we received an average response of close to 90%. 

 

As for the steps to get there, we try to provide 24/7 support for our customers. Our team is fully remote and distributed around the world, so we try to cover as many hours of the day as possible).

Respona is a subscription-based software platform, so 100% of our customers are actually repeat customers.

Yes, we have an entire help center dedicated to step-by-step instructions for every part of the tool, as well as an outreach strategy hub that outlines the most popular and effective link building strategies, and how to conduct them with Respona. 

 

In addition to that, we try to publish 4 blog posts every single month covering all aspects of link building, email outreach, and search engine optimization.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

Respona’s base plan starts at $99/month or $79/month billed yearly. This plan comes with 1 email for sending and 500 author lookup credits.

You can increase the number of emails or author lookup credits at any time after you sign up.

Each sending email is $49 and you can increase your number of credits in increments of 500 at $0.10 a credit/.
