Salesflare Reviews
An excellent system if you have a plenty of customers and a strong sales team
Review Summary
The choice of CRM is arguably one of the most important ones you can make as a small business. As someone who’s tried Salesforce before, I can say that it’s an excellent system if you have a plenty of customers and a strong sales team. However, if you’re just getting off the ground, I wouldn’t recommend it because of its complexity and cost.
After using at the workplace for Better Proposals, my current favorite CRM is Salesflare. There are several reasons but first and foremost, I love it because it’s super simple to add more data to your customer database. Moreover, you get prompt reminders to follow up with your leads and you can see which member of your sales team talked to a certain lead at any point in time. With all of these features combined, Salesflare saves me time so that my sales reps can actually sell instead of doing data entry all the time. At about $30 per month for a sales rep, it’s not expensive either. The only con I found is that it doesn’t have all the integrations that some of the major players out there have.
