SAP SuccessFactors is a human capital management suite that allows taking control of all HR processes.

Superb HR software solution. All facilities such as HR analytics, workforce planning, talent management and core HR & payroll are very useful and allow us to perform essential tasks that help companies fulfill our daily goals. Their services are also best as they resolve each and every issue immediately. An additional advantage is that it offers a great integration that eases our HR tasks.

SAP is human capital management and talent management software that allows organizations to manage various HR operations.

So far so good. This app is a very useful and convenient tool to manage all HR-related activities via desktop, mobile, and other devices. I find this software very efficient and it runs smoothly to maintain all HR needs. It is an essential tool for HR managers which covers the complete gamut from hire to retirement of employees.

Plenty of HRM terms to learn and improve core HR duties.

Easy to use with a neat and smooth interface.

What do you like the least about SAP SuccessFactors?

A good tool to use however expect a faster update on new trends.

Sometimes I am getting errors on a mobile app.
