What do you like the most about Sender?
The thing I love most is how Sender grows with your business without forcing you to pay from day one. The free plan felt almost too good to be true when I discovered it. As my subscriber list grew and my needs became more demanding, the platform scaled perfectly with me. The email automation features feel like they were designed by people who actually understand small business needs. And now with the landing page builder, I have everything under one roof.
What do you like the least about Sender?
When I first migrated from Mailchimp and started using Sender’s free plan, my emails included Sender branding, which felt less professional for my brand, though understandable as part of a free tier. I also wanted to test SMS marketing for my store, but since it’s only available on paid plans, I had to put those efforts on hold. While I understand the business model, it would have been nice to at least try a few SMS campaigns before upgrading.
