TeamBrain gives your team, and every AI they use, one place to store the docs, tasks, and decisions that usually get scattered across chat threads, shared drives, and someone's head. It runs on plain markdown files, so Claude, ChatGPT, or any tool that speaks MCP can connect directly and start pulling from or adding to the same workspace as the rest of your team. Built-in project management (a Kanban board, calendar, comments, and asset storage) covers the basics, but the real difference is the decision log: every shift in plan gets recorded along with the reasoning, not just the outcome.
