I tried for free this excellent enterprise solution and loved it! With great framework deployments, is very easy to implement and has great features and real time support tools. Great accesibility to your team, I deffinitely recommend it!

Excellent remote assistance software

Some years back our institution started using TeamViewer 9 for remote assistance. I use it for many things to this day. We found that it did make endpoints more vulnerable when setup for unattended access (also the beauty of TV).

I have been using TeamViewer for a number of years. It is a great application to access end users computers. It is also a great tool to access various computers remotely when running it as a service on those machines.
