About todo.monster

todo.monster organises tasks, emails and calendar appointments in one daily plan. Drag tasks onto specific days, compare planned with recorded time, and keep anything without a date in the backboard. Connect your own mailboxes (IMAP) and calendars (CalDAV, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365) and turn emails or events into tasks: an AI suggests title, work steps and deadlines, and you review before saving. Working time is tracked directly on the task with a timer or manual entry; time reports per project and CSV export make billing straightforward.

Teams see who is working on what, invite external guests into single projects free of charge, and use roles, shared projects, a company calendar and central mailboxes in the Company plan. Recurring tasks, templates and checklists turn routines into a reliable system. Task, email and calendar content is stored encrypted on servers in Germany; JSON/CSV export and a data processing agreement are included. Available on web, Android and iOS. Free plan, Pro EUR 9.90/month, Company EUR 29.90/month for 3 users.
