Forward Thinking

New updates every quarter that keep improving our experience. We have LMS, Recruiting, Payroll, HR and Benefits, Performance Management and Timekeeper. We will be getting rid of all our paper files by the end of the year. We have 350 employees and this helps us stay on track. I really like how we added our FB page to the home page as a way to communicate with staff.

Excellent HCM Software for Small to Mid-Size Companies

Ascentis has a total suite of modules that is essential for small and mid-size companies to run their business. The software is easy to use and very comprehensive. Their customer support is amazing! They really care about their clients and give 110% all the time. Their timekeeping system is extremely customizable to anyone's needs. Their payroll module is super simple and very comprehensive. The HRIS, LMS, Performance, Recruiting and Onboarding systems are all user friendly and work very well. Everything is very customizable to meet the companies needs. It's an excellent choice!
