Kronos has done a good job with integrating HR, Pay, and Time & attendance along with several other options. This cloud-based solution has really eased the pain of upgrades, patches, and legislative updates. The real-time updates and enhancements are a good savings of time and upgrade cost. The reporting functions in the WorkForce is very flexible and easy to use. Navigation is straightforward.
