UltiPro

My company has been using UltiPro, a top-notch cloud-based software, and is responsible for facilitating and boosting the employees' work experiences. It assists in managing various functions, including HR, payroll, project management, and other crucial functions. Moreover, it's liable for synchronizing data in real-time, offering insights and cloud security. The biggest cons of this software are customization is not so economical, tax filing service needs improvement, and business intelligence isn't up to the mark.

UltiPro is a cloud-based platform for my business that helps employees simplify and improve their work experiences. It's also in charge of syncing data in real-time, securing the cloud, and delivering insights.

Ultimate Software has been a great tool with so many more offerings of features than we can even imagine implementing. Very customizable. Very flexible system.

I had Ultipro at two different companies. From an HR perspective it is a good all in one solution. It has good integrations, good for org development, payroll, learning. However when it comes to Talent Acquisition and Recruiting, these features are an afterthought for Ultipro and it shows. Lack of reports, lack of functionality, lack of global support. I would suspect it would work better at a national services company versus a global saas company.

Love the potential but it freezes often and I think it’d be more efficient if you could use the app to initiate a synch vs having to initiate from the watch. It would also be more useful if the recommendations for training could be accessed from a phone vs trying to scroll through so much detail via watch screen only. Lastly, the explanations of what things mean and how they can affect your training is vague (ie ANS and recovery data)

The customer service with Ultimate Software is beyond superior! The system is so functional!

Ulti-Pro is a very dynamic software and has amazing reporting capabilities. However, the implementation can be very painful. Once we hired a consultant to help us, things went so much smoother. So, hire a consultant to help you with the implementation and it will be smooth sailing!

I've been using UltiPro since 2009. Their customer support is excellent. The Platform Configuration feature makes the system flexible so we can "tweak" it to suit our needs. There are APIs that allow us to get the data we need to integrate with our ERP system. Overall, a very solid, easy to use, reliable system.

If you are looking for a system in middle enterprise to run payroll and do ben admin, Ulti is a good option. Their payroll, BenAdmin and regular HRIS are well integrated and their onboarding isn't bad either, though the UI is not super modern. If you are looking for a human capital management system complete with performance management, learning, employee feedback, etc you will either need to compromise in order to have everything on one platform or go with other competitors. Ulti is trying to develop a one platform approach with mixed results. Also important to note that some of their core features are actually products they've acquired and integrated into the suite. For example, the time and attendance is not on the same line of code as payroll and if you have a large hourly population, this will sometimes cause issues. Best things: BenAdmin, employee and manager self-service, core payroll Worst things: performance management (inflexible) and tax support (constantly behind and often provides inaccurate information)

We have been using UltiPro for 5 years, and have been incredibly satisfied with the real time integration of data between each of it's platforms (HRIS, BI, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.) and especially the ease of configuration and customization capability that is by far more effective than prior HR/Payroll platforms we have used in the past. We are able to quickly implement solutions to complex situations without having to submit a ticket or pay for a configuration request. We have automated many of our recruiting and onboarding processes that has allowed us to reduce data entry, paper, and FTE, and improve the employee experience as well.

My experience thus far with UltiPro has been pretty good. Although I wish I could do more with the different resources offered, but that's just on end and nothing to do with UltiPro.
