The system enables clients to independently select their preferred appointment times and receive reminders. Wix Bookings is flexible, allowing customization of appointment types and durations, and provides various options for controlling the booking process. A notable feature is the ability for clients to purchase customizable service packages and subsequently book and pay for their appointments within their subscription.

  • Need some extra features, and it needs time to learn, but worth it.
  • Its calendar display is confusing. Fortunately, Wix Bookings syncs with Google Calendar, letting me manage my schedule more efficiently. Plus, it blocks client bookings during my entered events.
  • I wish it didn't automatically assign a price, so I could utilize it primarily as a scheduling tool rather than for booking classes. The drawback is that, once set up, transferring the data to a different scheduling tool is not straightforward, and I would need to go through the setup process again if a new tool became available.

My experience has been amazing, as this one is very easy software for booking appointments. I love the interface. the software’s accessibility across devices ensures flexibility for users, and this thing is very helpful for me. While the basic version offers essential features, opting for premium plans unlocks additional functionalities like group booking and extended customization options. Customer support is responsive, addressing queries promptly. Very professional, a big boost to let your customers know you are serious about your business.
