Everything in one place

My company just recently started to use Workday for various things such as payroll, benefits, compensations, goal setting (objectives), etc.. I did not take the training but was able to navigate through the system just by perusing through the site. I like the org charts and how the look and feel of the application/software is simple. It is very easy to use and helpful.
