Review Summary
Summarized from 6 verified reviews · Updated September 2026
Workiz is praised for its intuitive interface and ease of use, with users reporting it streamlines operations and eliminates inefficiencies across service businesses. The platform consolidates job tracking, scheduling, CRM, and dispatch management into a unified system that improves organizational clarity and customer communication. While users find the core functionality sufficient and transformative for their workflows, some note that additional customization options—such as granular meeting settings and inline editing of existing bookings—would enhance the software further.

So far it works well on this software maybe there are other things that can be improved. But this is sufficient for me by far. It is changing my life. I am so much more organized and accessible both professionally and personally. I would love to see the ability to customize meeting length by the person booking the meeting. Also, would like to be able to edit the time and location in an existing meeting without having to create a whole new meeting.
