At Tiger Financial, we use Ximble.


It is an excellent employee scheduling app that covered all our basic needs in the beginning, with the advanced features coming in handy when we expanded the workforce.

As the team got larger we found that the time of the request, vacations, and sick days was easily tracked and managed.

It is simple to use and all our HR staff learned it in less than a week.


The customer support is patchy, it depends on what customer service rep they have worked to the quality of the help you get. Luckily we didn’t need them to much as it is simple enough to figure out most issues ourselves.

At expandi.io, we tried out a few employee scheduling apps before setting on Ximble. The scheduling is effortless and you can easily create templates that you just copy from one month into the next one. You can use it to track time so that your employees can log time for specific tasks - so you can monitor productivity.

Moreover, you can use it to manage requests for days off and you can see the availability of every employee easily by selecting them on the dashboard.

Then there is the AI. Lots of tools today brag about using “AI” but this one actually works. Based on the previous employee activity, Ximble will assign different shifts to different employees so that you always have productive employees in the shifts where they perform best - this is worth its weight in gold.

Perhaps the best part is that this tool is fairly cheap at $1 per use, which means that we only pay $20-ish per month to get all of these cool features.
