“Security maintained”
Zoho is a tad more cost effective per package. Your information remains your own. Unlike QuickBooks, who saves your data within Intuit, Zoho gives you full ownership of all account info.

“Very Good Software for all business”
Automated workflows are included in all three Zoho Books pricing plans. It allows you to automate routine processes that would normally be completed manually. Another unique feature that Zoho includes is a client portal. Within the client portal, your customers have access to all of the transactions that have been created, like estimates and invoices.

“All in all we were very impressed”
Pros: All in all we were very impressed with Zoho Books and we consider it to be one of the best Accounting solutions that you can choose for your company. What is more, Zoho offers flexible pricing plans that you can adjust to meet your budget requirements. There is even a free plan that supports up to 3 users and you can use it to test the main features of the app. If you like it you can either switch to a paid plan or simply continue using the free trial forever.

“Simple to learn and improved accounting”
I found that Zoho books was simple to learn and start using. Its users do not require prior accounting skills. The templates are simple and straightforward. It is fast and supports multi-users and currencies. The feature to create a portal for clients and suppliers is an additional bonus.

“Not recommendable for higher projects”
There’s one small downside. You cannot see a report for unbilled time per project (or at least I couldn’t, nor did the support person).
