Wolox

Wolox is great at sales but did a poor job executing. Worse part is they did not treat us like clients! We were their hostages as a result of having already paid initial part upfront. Months went by without any coding. To add insult to injury, their CTO dared to ask for more money, stating they had underestimated the work. We were their hostages. Their management tried to pretend we didnt exist but finally agreed to compete basic work however they gave us their most junior developers who were still in school and the work took about a year to complete! The delays costed us dearly- lost time, funding, momentum, etc. When we managed to find another agency to replace them, they discovered all kinds of issues and had to rebuild and redesign most of the front end which was hastily done. Worst experience in my entire career!
