I approached them with my website and what can I say, I have a mobile app now and they are technical partners. Now, I am the friend suggesting the company to everyone searching for a company that can deliver quality apps at reasonable rates. Developers at 360 Degree Technosoft are not just experienced but technically sound. They have their hands on the latest programming languages and frameworks and create a flawless product for their clients. Incompetent, Combative, Unable to Complete Contracted Mobile App Dev Work

I contracted with 360 Degree Technosoft in July 2021 to add some functionality to my mobile apps (iOS and Android). The team presented a timeline of 17 weeks. Today is March 22 of the following year and the work is not completed. I have tried collaborating, yelling, threatening, offering to pay more to get the contracted work completed, to no avail. Senior leadership has been promising bug-free delivery "in two more weeks" since December. It's maddening.
Pros :
- I have nothing to say here. I can't think of one thing.
Cons :
- Project management is combative, dissmissive, and seemingly unwilling to develop a basic understanding of the app's intended functionality.
- The quality of the work is poor. The builds I get are loaded with bugs.
- There is no QA. Some of the builds they've sent me are so bad I can't even test them due to obvious blockers.

From concept to functioning mobile app. That was 5 years ago. From then on until today, the team has been responsive, communicative and helpful in further developing and maintenance. We will be launching new functions in current app, and launching a new app soon. 360 is our obvious choice for continued mobile app development.
Pros :
- Availability and willningness to communicate when we need to cover a topic.
- Once we define what needs to be done, the quickness and professtionalism in getting it done.
- Quickness in fixing any issues we see in new versions of the app.
Cons :
- Could ensure that andriod and iOS versions were as similar as possible (but this is small stuff)

The Xrundan project was completed on time, and 360 has helped us continue to maintain the app, and improve and develop new features we identify as important to our target markets. Our relationship has lasted over 5 years and continues. They have been invaluable. For example, the back end is complicated, but the team is able to make changes and additions we request in a timely (often quite rapid) fashion. In our experience, nothing is impossible when we discuss changes and improvements with the 360 team.
Awesome - They have been an amazing company and resource to the development of our software solution.

I have been using 360 Degrees Technosoft since 2015. I have been using them since then. During covid it was difficult for the whole world. However, they still did their best to deliver even though they were short-staffed and some were affected by covid. My experience has been great thus far and i plan to continue working with them.
Pros :
- Dedicated staff who are not afraid to share their opinions
- Knowledge - they understand vision of the business and its goal and they are always excited.
- Responsiveness - While there might be time difference, they always make it a priority to resolve critical bugs asap.
Cons :
- No comments on complaints. Thus far they have been phenomenal.
