We are a new company, but in just a few months, we have expanded to 200 users.
We met once a week to discuss progress. We used Freedcamp as a communication medium and divided the project into four stages, each with its own set of deliverables.
Communication was effective. They were willing to walk me through their thoughts and make comments when I wasn't sure.

Not really.

Our experience has overall been excellent and the support we've received even after the engagement has completed is commendable.

We had engaged Jonathan and his team based on a referral of an associate as we weren't too optimistic about working with an offshore company.

However, Jonathan and his team were amazing throughout our engagement and I too would refer and recommend them

1. The teams made sure we had sufficient overlap between time zones to ensure we all can coordinate.

2. The analysts and architects engaged in the project were genuinely adding value and contributing in terms of suggestions and improvements.

3. The SOWs were clearly laid out to avoid any misunderstandings or conflicts.

4. Most importantly, Jonathan and his team went the extra mile with additional changes we wanted that weren't even part of the scope. Anyone in the industry knows how these IT shops rip apart by terming features as 'out of scope'.

The quality of their engineers and the communication was really impressive.

The company was quite pleased with the result of the project. Thanks to the efforts of the 5StarDesigners team, the company's web property now has a fresh new outlook. Though the information gathering process could have been better, the quality of the team's engineers was outstanding. We hired 5StarDesigers for the complete development cycle of a Financial/banking application. The objective was to develop, test and deploy their application over a period of 6 months.

Kumea, my start-up, is owned by me. I've been constructing a network from the ground up to provide access to farmers in rural Africa. My intention was to connect my consumers to three important pillars: inputs, services, and markets. In addition, each user has a digital record of all farming actions. After defining our scope of work, we worked on the system's architecture and flow over numerous iterations. We then finalised the design and flow of the app and website. 5* focused on constructing what I worked on and implanting the project as expected. During this final step, I altered the payment component, and they were glad to accommodate my adjustments.

5StarDesigners Ltd. was hired by a game development business to create and build a mobile app that would allow groups of friends to play "Stealing Santa." The project was separated into two phases: design and development. I approached several companies and was impressed with 5 Star's product and pricing. The work was divided into two stages: design and development, with the latter divided into a number of sprints. Every day, there was a contact project manager that interacted with me and the 5 Star development team.

If we had invested early in the process in developing the game rules, the project could have been completed faster - but at a higher expense.

Send a gift of an experience, such as kayaking or flowers. You can send an e-greeting card with a voice message or a video from your gallery or featured artist. The APP notifies you of upcoming birthdays and special occasions and sends out gifts on the designated date. This is a B2C platform that includes a B2B2C application.

The fact that it isn't your standard company that will execute and then walk away after the contract is completed.

Jonathan and his team go above and above with their proposals, accepting out-of-scope requests and, most importantly, offering support months after the project has been done.

I wish they had included SEO services as well, making it a one-stop shop for all we needed.

5 Star contains all of the software packages and tools required to do this task. We usually met once a week to develop and build the apps.

This team of designers, programmers, and engineers is off the charts talented and intelligent.

These guys handled their jobs well and knew exactly what they were doing. They create beautiful apps for me and provide excellent service.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

This was undoubtedly a learning experience and a learning curve for me.

Perhaps some later work could have been spared if I had grasped the process and necessity of assessing the user stories on the first app.

I will not repeat that mistake.
