Aimani Solutions works with small and medium-sized companies, law firms and skilled trades businesses in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Our office is in Remchingen in the Enzkreis district, 22 minutes from Karlsruhe and 18 minutes from Pforzheim. We travel to both cities for a first meeting at no charge.

Process automation. Recurring steps such as quoting, invoicing, appointment booking or moving data between two systems run without manual handover. We look at the invoice before we look at the quote: a task that costs five minutes ten times a day is worth automating even in a team of eight. A task that happens once a month is not worth it, not even in a large enterprise.

AI models. Language models running on your own documents, quotes and manuals, hosted in data centres inside the EU. Data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, and for law firms the additional requirements of section 43e of the German Federal Lawyers Act.

Chatbots. They answer questions on your own website around the clock and hand over to a person as soon as the question calls for it. The bot knows your content, not half the internet.

Web design and websites. Structure, copy and technical foundation from one team, including search engine optimisation and load time. Not a page builder, but sites that fit the processes behind them.
