We have a niche focus in SaaS, Education (E-Learning), startups, and CRM/CMS systems. We are known mostly to work on the distributed application system.

Time is the most critical parameter before starting any project/product. Our focus is our customer’s requirement whether he wants quickly to market the product or he asks for a pitch-perfect solution. So, we especially focus on requirement gathering and discovery where we extract most of the client's mind and help him show the end product’s picture. Thus he has confidence in us for our delivery roadmap and we can work confidently as well.

All starts with the client’s eagerness, if the client wants to ship his idea immediately to market, then we shorten the roadmap to MVP and release phase 1 ASAP that in our case was 2 months along with apps and Admin back office.

We are fans of native app development for both iOS and Android so we can enjoy the best performance and tools without worrying about compatibility issues and library availability. But we also offer some really cool cross platforms like Flutter & React Native as it has a single codebase and it's easy to maintain, cheaper, and early to develop.

This question is dependent on the client's product launch market as platform demand varies. Normally we offer to release both platforms together and try to meet up with clients' budget as sooner or later another platform is required so it's better to offer a completely attractive package at once.

We are very flexible in terms of tech and client’s budget but our main concern is “QUALITY.” We never compromise on that and recommend the best to the client after hearing and considering his/her idea.

The key factor is the client’s long-term commitment to the project so we plan accordingly and decide the architecture for the app’s stability and scalability. Additionally, the complexity and number of flows, etc. that the app is bearing decide the cost.

We follow agile methods and break the invoicing into milestones with accurate timelines and feedback on the project. In addition to this, we break the milestones into biweekly sprints. We spend much time in planning so nothing is missed then we speed fast our development. We religiously follow the finalized document and ensure that new changes are not supposed to be required in the first place. Each release is a well-managed version.

The minimum budget for us to start is 10,000 USD for web projects and for a full-scale application that contains mobile and web apps with the back office it's 15,000 USD, to get the project up and running and able to deliver MVP to the fundraisers and investors.
