The story started with a gap, A gap between a UI designer and a frontend developer. When I was working and learning web development I often faced the issue that frontend developers were not able to develop the things designers design on photoshop (which was used for creating UI back in the days), This made me sad, really sad.

I wanted to fill the gap by making sure that the developer understands the design and the designer knows the limitation of coding. This is what we did at alfyi with this we also introduced a robust system for logo design and thought process for each part of the design system.

We have a very basic business model, Always deliver pixel-perfect work regardless of the budget, time, or any other issue. We have never outsourced any project to date and would not do it in the future as well. As outsourcing work gives you very little control over Results and quality which we can’t afford.

The ethics we practice and the process that we follow is something which you won’t be able to find in any competition, We have a strict unhappy policy in which if someone is not happy with work we refund their project. We have an unlimited UX iteration option with projects so the client doesn't have to compromise over second best.

We work with a variety of industries like education, healthcare, eCommerce, and corporate. The most common thing among our clients is that most of them are either small companies or startups looking for an association which could lead them to success in the future.

This may sound fake but 80% of clients are repetitive and 95% of our clients have done at least 2 projects with us. Few of our clients have been working with us since 2 years ago.

As mentioned above we give refunds in case a customer is not satisfied But this never happened to date, And we are so confident that we still practice this, So if you have a project start with us if you are not satisfied we will refund your money.

Currently, we follow notify us and it will be sorted style, A client can ping us the issue on WhatsApp, skype, email, call, and our team will get on the task and immediately take actions if we need more information we will directly respond to the same medium and keep everything posted there itself.

Being a design agency we can’t stick to one model of payment, A client can hire us in the following ways -

I can’t give you a min-max figure as for us the idea and the project should be exciting costing is just something we can figure out anytime.

Be it 2020 or 2030 I can’t set a min and max range for design, As I said if we like some idea we will work on it for $5 at the same time if something does not feel right we would skip it regardless of the budget.

Planning for the next 10 years is something that I don't know about, for the next  6 months we plan to celebrate some birthdays and train some new interns and deliver even more good work.
